1. Indoor budding method. Build a rectangular sprouting pool with adobe or brick indoors. The wall of the pool is 80 cm high, and the length and width depend on the number of ginger varieties. Before planting ginger, first lay a layer of 10 cm thick wheat straw that has been dried in advance on the bottom and four sides of the pool, and then lay 3 ~ 4 layers of straw paper. In sunny and warm weather, after the last drying of ginger, take advantage of the high temperature of ginger body, place the planted ginger in the pool layer by layer, and the stacking thickness should be 50 ~ 60cm. When covering the pool, first lay 10cm thick wheat straw on the upper part of the ginger pile, and then cover it with a quilt or cotton blanket for insulation. Maintain the temperature of 20 ~ 25 ℃ in the pool. After 10 ~ 12 days, the young buds sprout. After about 10 days, the young buds can grow to 5 ~ 15 cm. At this time, they can be sown in the ground.
2. Hot Kang sprouting method. There are two types of fire Kang: aboveground type and semi underground type. The above ground type is to build a pool with four walls 80 cm high above the ground. The schematic diagram of outdoor Kang sprouting method. The semi underground type is to dig 25 ~ 30 cm under the ground and build a wall 50 ~ 55 cm high above the ground. The rest are the same as the above ground type. The length and width depend on the number of ginger. Before planting ginger, expose the clean and mildew free wheat straw to the sun for 1 day, and lay it on the bottom of the pool with a thickness of 10 ~ 15cm (if the ginger is dry, sprinkle an appropriate amount of warm water on the wheat straw to adjust humidity), then place the ginger seeds layer by layer, and plug the wheat straw with a thickness of 5 ~ 10cm on all sides with the ginger. After the ginger seeds are put in place, cover the upper layer with 5 ~ 10cm thick wheat straw, and seal the top with wheat straw mud. You can also stack ginger seeds directly in a sunny place without building a pool in advance, cover them with wheat straw on all sides, and finally seal them with wheat straw mud.
3. Sun border sprouting method. The specific method is as follows: dig a sunny border with a width of 15 meters, a depth of 0.6 meters and a length depending on the number of ginger seeds, lay a layer of wheat straw with a thickness of about 10 cm at the bottom and four sides of the border, place the dried ginger seeds with a thickness of 30 ~ 35 cm, and cover the ginger block with a wheat straw with a thickness of about 15 cm to keep it dark, insert the arch and cover the plastic film. In order to prevent freezing at night, cover the film with straw mulch for thermal insulation before the sun sets. If possible, pave the ground in the sunny border and heat up the hot line.
The above are the three most commonly used methods of germination, which are relatively popular at present. I believe that as long as Jiang Nong friends operate reasonably and scientifically according to the above methods, they will be able to lay a solid foundation for high yield.
